Camp Wezbegon is an Asthma Day Camp that is designed for asthmatic children currently in the 1st through 5th grades. Children will learn from our physicians and qualified staff about asthma, medications, symptoms, and triggers. The cost is $10.00. Each camper will receive lunch, a t-shirt and a folder for take home materials. Please fill out the registration packet and return it to one of our office locations on or before August 11, 2017. Please keep your copy of “What to Bring to Camp” included in this packet. Completed packets may be mailed to: Allergy & Asthma Affiliates, 123 Gill Street, Alcoa, TN 37701. Packets may also be dropped off at any of our office locations. Questions may be directed to 865-977-8242. Please make checks payable to Camp Wezbegon.
